Power and Associates. His agency also contracted with over 800 automotive, marine, and RV dealers throughout North America to conduct CSI surveys (Customer Satisfaction Index).

He began his B2B sales and marketing career with Eastman Kodak and later served in various executive positions in marketing, advertising, and PR with NASCAR, the NBA, and MLS, as well as with SaaS companies and the nation’s largest independent automotive franchiser. As a subject matter expert for the automotive industry, he wrote a monthly national column for Dealer Magazine on marketing, advertising, and PR, and contributed chapters to several textbooks, training manuals, and course materials on internet marketing, integrated marketing, and branding.

As CMO of a billion-dollar national franchise, he leveraged the power of social proof and online reviews to improve SEO and accelerate growth, as he developed and managed a comprehensive online reputation management strategy that spanned nearly 200 websites in 34 states.
